Madinet Nasr Housing and Development Company (MNHD) has announced that the total standalone revenue YTD through the end of November totaled EGP1.4bn, while net income totaled EGP730mn. This represents a significant improvement over the corresponding numbers for 2015. Full year 2015 standalone revenue totaled EGP535mn, while net income was EGP233mn. Management attributed the improvement to the surge in contracted sales during the period, which triggered the revenue recognition of the land component of the sold units in Sarai, in addition to the delivery of units at Tag Sultan.
