Madinet Nasr Housing & Development (MNHD) announced that its contracted sales figure for September 2016 had reached EGP372mn, bringing 3Q16 figure to EGP1,301mn (2Q15: EGP165.2mn) and 9M16 to EGP1,909mn (9M15: EGP481.3mn). MNHD’ share in Capital Gardens contributed EGP198.3mn in 3Q16 and EGP306.6mn in 9M16. MNHD had expanded sales capabilities since mid-2016, which had reflected positively on the sales number. MNHD’s plans for the rest of the year include: launch of additional phases at the T-Zone in Taj City and the launch of phase I of Sarai. YTD sales figure exceeds management’s latest guidance for the year of EGP1.2bn by a wide margin. (Company disclosure)
