Madinet Nasr Housing & Development (MNHD) has announced that contracted sales for the month of November has reached EGP1.1bn (November 2015: EGP23.4mn), bringing the total YTD to EGP3.5bn (11M15: EGP524mn), including MNHD’s share in Capital Gardens. The bulk of the contracted sales figure in November was related to contracts at Sarai (EGP977mn), which represented 92% of the booked reservations for Sarai, while the remaining 8% expected to close in December, according to management. cEGP115mn worth of contracted sales in November were related to sale of inventory at Taj City, while the remaining EGP11mn represented MNHD’s share in Capital Gardens.
