Misr Italia for Real Estate (Misr Italia) is targeting  EGP1.5bn in contracted sales from Il Bosco City, its new project in Al Mostakbal City, developed in partnership with Mostakbal Urban Developments. The company will launch sales for the first phase of the project this month, with a prices ranging EGP10,000-12,000/sqm and payment plans stretching over 10-12 years, according to CEO Mohamed Al Assal. The project spreads over 268 acres and offers 6,000 residential units (BuA: 20%). Al Assal added that Misr Italia plans to invest EGP22bn on the project and complete construction within eight years. Misr Italia is targeting EGP5.5bn in contracted sales and EGP2.4bn in investment spending across its projects in 2019.
