Ministry of Supply raises sugar; cooking oil prices at subsidised outlets
Egypt will raise the price of sugar 14% and cooking oil by 20% at government outlets starting Wednesday, a Ministry of Supply official said. Cooking oil will jump to EGP12 (USD0.6417) per 800ml bottle, and sugar will increase to EGP8 per kilogramme. (Reuters)
