Ministry of Housing to invite developers to bid for land at new administrative city
The Ministry of Housing is set to invite real estate developers to bid for a number of land plots at the new administrative city, particularly at the 10,500-feddan on which infrastructure work are ongoing. The pool will include Egyptian and Arab developers, who can bid individually or through consortia. The Housing Ministry may hold a conference at which the potential investments shall be presented and discussed with potential real estate developers. The Ministry is reported to have received 10 bids from interested real estate developers to develop 500-1,000 feddan land plots at the city. (Al Borsa)
