Middle East Healthcare reschedules float for March 2016
Saudi Arabia's Middle East Healthcare Company Co. (MECO), which postponed its public share sale last month, has rescheduled its offering to run from 3-9 March, according to the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA). On 18 January 2015, when the company requested to postpone its initial public offering, the CMA announced that the company had to determine a new date for its offering within six weeks and finalise its flotation by 31 March 2016 or its regulatory approval would be considered cancelled.
