Madinet Nasr Housing is set to sign amended master plan today for Taj City with four related governmental entities
Madinet Nasr Housing Company (MNHD) is set to sign a Protocol today with the Ministry of Defense, the Cairo governorate, the General Authority for Urban Planning, and the General Authority for Roads and Bridges, related to the amended master plan of Taj City. The news is yet to be confirmed by management. The company had launched the second phase of the project later last year, with total expected contracted sales amounting to c.EGP4 billion and investment costs of c.EGP2 billion. Sales from the first phase of the project amounted to EGP1.9 billion. (Al Alam Al Youm)
