A number of exchange-listed real estate funds are planned to be listed before year-end, according to a statement made by Tadawul. The funds will invest in residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural real estate and will be traded on Tadawul via the same mechanism that is currently used for equities. (Arabian Business)
