Saudi Arabia’s deflation continued in May at 1.5% Y-o-Y, compared to 1.9% Y-o-Y a month before, continuing a five-month trend of falling prices in the Kingdom. The deflationary figure continued to be driven by a drop in housing, water, electricity and gas prices, which fell 7.5% Y-o-Y in May.
