KIPCO repays USD500mn bonds on the London Exchange
Kuwait Investment Projects Company (KIPCO) [KPRO.KW] announced that it has repaid USD500mn bonds that are listed on the London Stock Exchange on their maturity date. The bonds were issued in October 2009 for a period of seven years under its EMTN programme. This will have a positive impact on the company’s finance cost, which will be reduced by USD20mn annually in the coming period. (Mubasher)
