Kayan announces limited fire at one of its tanks; no impact on operations; financial impact expected to be immaterial
Kayan Petrochemical Company (Kayan) [2350.SE] has announced that a limited fire had broken out in one of the company's oil waste disposal tanks at its utilities unit. According to the announcement, the fire was contained immediately and had no impact on the company’s operations. Kayan is currently assessing the financial impact of the fire, which it expects to be immaterial. Kayan also reported that its plants and utilities facilities are all enjoy insurance coverage.
