Jarir signs rent agreement for Tabuk store at SAR1.8mn annually
Jarir Marketing (4190.SE) announced that it had signed an agreement to rent one of its stores in Tabuk covering c4,008 sqm from a related party at SAR1.8mn annually. The contract term is 20 years, subject to renewal, with a 10% increase every five years. The contract is yet to be approved by the next general assembly.
