Iran’s Oil Minister, Bijan Zanganeh, met with the Saudi Arabian Energy Minister, Prince Abdulaziz Bin Salman, in Moscow recently, according to the Iranian Oil Ministry’s Shana news service. Zanganeh said that he told the prince that Iran had not instigated any dispute with Saudi Arabia and wanted to be friends with everyone in the region.
