Infrastructure works at phase one of new administrative city to be completed within one and a half years
The Holding Company for Construction and Development (HCCD) is set to complete its share of the process of enabling infrastructure at phase one of the new administrative city, over a period of one and a half years, at an estimated cost of EGP1bn, according to Mahmoud Hegazy, Chairman. Five contractors are executing the project, namely Nasr General Contracting Company (Hassan Allam), with 40%, Egyco 20%, El-Abd 20% and Societe Egyptienne d’entreprises (Moukhtar Ibrahim) the remaining 20%.
