Housing Ministry to deliver 50% of raw land bank to private sector
The Ministry of Housing is planning to deliver 50% of its raw land bank to the private sector, in order to accelerate the land development process, in order to be able to deliver the planned 100,000 units before end of next year, as per the Ministry’s plan. The Ministry’s role will be of financing and supervisory nature only. (Argaam)
