Herfy’s BoD proposes SAR1.5/share cash dividend for 1H16, in line
Herfy Food Services’ board of directors (BoD) has proposed a cash dividend distribution of SAR1.5/share for 1H16 (total of SAR69.3mn), in line with our forecast and 2015’s semi-annual cash dividend run rate. The interim payout ratio is c65% based on our 1H16 earnings estimate and implies an annualised dividend yield of 3.9% based on current market price. The ex-dividend date is 20 July 2016, and the distribution date is 4 August 2016.
