RAK Properties is set to start the handover of the second phase of Flamingo townhouses in its USD2.7bn (AED10bn) Mina Al Arab development this month. The 57 townhouses have been completed two months ahead of schedule. The completion of second phase followed the early delivery of first phase last, according to Mohammed Sultan Al Qadi, CEO. Al Nuaimi Group was the contractor for the second phase. RAK Properties launched Julphar Residence, a 24-floor residential tower on Abu Dhabi’s Al Reem Island, in September, which it expects to complete before the end of 2018. (Arabian Business)
