GTH announces endorsements by proxy advisory firms relating to upcoming AGM
Global Telecom Holding (GTH) [GTHE.CA] announced that two independent proxy advisory firms, Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) and Glass Lewis, have issued reports to their institutional clients recommending that GTH shareholders vote for both proposals at the AGM next 30 May, according to a company disclosure. The company urged shareholders to vote for the two proposals, which are: i) a temporary USD100mn increase of an existing revolving credit facility with VEON Holding; and a ii) ratification of the changes made to the BoD.
