Gov’t set to issue next month its first zero-coupon bonds since 2013
The government is planning to issue in July its first local zero-coupon bonds since 2013, two government officials told Enterprise. Multiple zero-coupon bond issuances are planned for the coming fiscal year, the sources said, adding that the government will likely sell them with maturities ranging between 18 months and three years. The sources said the plans come on the back of strong investor demand.
