Giza contractors backlog at EGP930mn in September 2016
Contracts backlog of General Giza Contracting Company has reached EGP930mn in September 2016, with expectation to grow the figure to EGP1.02bn in December, all to be executed before end of 2018. On the real estate arm, the company is planning to deliver the remaining units within its Sixth of October and Zahraa El-Maadi projects before end of 2017. The company is looking to enter co-development agreements with other developers and acquire new land plots in the medium term. (Al Borsa)
