General Organisation for Grain to offer four mills companies in IPO by October 2017

Ahmed Fares, Governor of the General Organisation for Grain, is expecting four mill companies to be floated in an initial public offering (IPO) to investors by October 2017, as part of the privatisation programme, in accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers. He further added that the companies would be spun off by beginning of 2017, to be directly managed by the state. The financial advisor is expected to start assessing the assets of the companies in preparation for the IPO soon. (Argaam)
