GACA confirms plans to liberalise internal flight prices in KSA
The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) has confirmed plans of liberalising internal flight ticket prices gradually, and will be completely unregulated by 2019. Internal flight ticket prices are expected to increase 5% in 2018 as a result of VAT implementation, while the possibility of an increase owing to higher fuel prices is unlikely, according to a GACA official.
