Expressions of interest received for Emaar’s Dubai Hills mall
Emaar Properties (Emaar) has received expressions of interest from contractors for the contract to build a new shopping mall, at the Dubai Hills Development, in Mohammed Bin Rashid City. Contractors are at the Dubai Hills site; UAE-based Engineering Contracting Company (ECC) is building the Mulberry Heights residential buildings, and UAE-based Al-Basti Muktha is building villas at the development.
