Etisalat Group (Etisalat) [ETISALAT.AD] announced that Eissa Al Suwaidi has resigned from his roles as chairman and Board member because of personal reasons. As the government shareholder, Emirates Investment Authority has appointed Obaid Al Tayer as chairman, with immediate effect.
