Emirates Telecommunication Group (Etisalat) [ETEL.AD] appointed Eissa Al Suwaifi and Eissa Abdul Fattah Kazim as Chairman and Vice President of Etisalat, respectively, according to Khaleej Times. On a separate note, Etisalat’s AGM also approved the BoD recommendation to pay FY17 dividends of 80 fils/share.
