Etihad Atheeb to disclose FY17 results within three months due to concerns on its continuity
Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Company (GO) [7040.SE] is expecting to disclose it FY17 financials ending 31 March 2018 within three months, according to a company disclosure. The company needs more time to study its strategic options, including potential mergers or partnerships, which will determine its continuity and future. GO had failed to reveal its annual financial statement because of concerns on its continuity after the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) had rejected the firm’s request to obtain the unified telecom licence.
