Emaar to launch a new luxury residential scheme in Downtown
Emaar Properties (Emaar) is set to launch a new luxury residential scheme, named “Act One | Act Two” residences. The two-tower project will go on sale on Wednesday in London, and on Thursday in Dubai. The project will comprise 718 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and a number of penthouses, within a 52-storey and a 46-storey tower overlooking the Burj Khalifa, Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard and soon-to-be-completed Dubai Opera building. The towers also contain high-end retail facilities. (Arabian Business)
