Emaar sukuk priced at low-to-mid-200bps range above benchmark
Emaar Properties (Emaar) is targeting the sale of a benchmark, 10-year USD-denominated sukuk. The order books are now opened, with the transaction priced in the low-to-mid 200bps range over mid-swaps. S&P had affirmed Emaar’s senior unsecured debt rating at ‘BBB-‘. (Bloomberg, Reuters)
