Emaar Properties (Emaar) has invited companies to express interest to build a new residential tower in its Downtown district in Dubai. The Address Residences Dubai Opera will be built next to Emaar’s under construction opera house, close to the Burj Khalifa Lake and Dubai Fountain. The opera house area has been a key focus of development for Emaar. Earlier this year, the company awarded Athens-based Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) a cAED500mn (USD136mn) contract to build its Opera Grand Tower in Dubai. (MEED)
