Emaar’s USD1bn Dubai Creek Harbour tower to be taller than Burj Khalifa
The USD1bn tower planned by Emaar Properties (Emaar) at Dubai Creek Harbour is set to be 100m (328 feet) taller than Burj Khalifa, according to Mohammed Alabbar, Chairman. The construction of the tower is planned to commence next month and is due to open ahead of Expo 2020. The tower will house a boutique hotel, vertical gardens, a 360-degree observation platform, restaurants and function hall spaces, according to Alabbar. (Gulf News)
