Emaar refutes reports of providing 10-year visas to buyers
Emaar Properties (Emaar) dismissed media reports that it will provide 10-year visas to property buyers in six of its projects. News also revolved about the company planning to pay half of the 4% property registration fee and offer a three-year payment plan that begins after handover. “The issuance of visas falls under the purview of the concerned authorities and Emaar does not have any role regarding the same,” the company said in a statement.
