Emaar receives bids for AED500 million Opera Grand Residential Tower
Emaar Properties (Emaar) has received bids from contractors for the estimated AED500 million (USD136 million) contract to build its Opera Grand Residential Tower in Dubai. The project will include the construction of a 65-70 storey tower, comprising a four level basement, ground floor and podium with townhouses, and 56 residential floors with seven levels for services. The total development will have an area of c63,000 sqm. The tower will overlook the Opera House at the Downtown District. (MEED)
