Emaar has appointed Dutco Group to undertake the clearing, assessment, and restoration work in record time of The Address Downtown Dubai. Dubai’s ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum directed Emaar to expedite the re-opening of the hotel. DUTCO Group is builder of The Dubai Mall that is undertaking the expansion work of the mall. Cleaning work has already started while the mechanical, electrical and structural assessment of the building and restoration is underway. Mohamed Alabbar, Chairman of Emaar Properties, said that Emaar is committed to expediting the reopening of the hotel in line with the directives of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
