Egypt to fulfill energy requirements from international market, IOCs arrears to be paid soon - Oil Minister says
Minister of Petroleum, Tarek Al Molla, stated that Egypt will fulfill its energy requirements from the international market as was the case in the past two months, adding that there were no discussions with Saudi Arabia over Aramco halted agreement. Al Molla said that a tranche of arrears to International Oil Companies will be paid soon, and the amount will be determined in coordination with the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank.
