Egypt to clear dues to international oil firms over three years, Finance Minister says
Egypt will pay arrears to international oil companies over three years, said Amr El Garhy, the Minister of Finance. Foreign companies' dues reached USD3.6bn by September-end, according to the Ministry of Petroleum. (Mubasher)
