Egypt starts talks with banks, advisers on Eurobond sale, Finance Minister says
Finance Minister Amr El-Garhy stated in an interview with Bloomberg that Egypt is in talks with banks and advisers on a planned Eurobond sale in September or October. A decision has not been made on a final list of banks to advise on the debt sale, and the size of issuance will depend on market appetite, Minister said, adding that it could reach USD3bn. Egypt last issued USD1.5bn in Eurobonds in June 2015. (Bloomberg)
