Egypt pharmaceutical sales expected to grow 16.5% Y-o-Y to EGP60bn in 2018
Egypt’s Pharmaceutical Chamber expects sales of pharmaceutical companies to reach EGP60bn by end-2018, growing 16.5% Y-o-Y. In 2017, the sector reported strong sales growth supported by the Ministry of Health's decision to raise prices of medicines in May 2016 and in Jan 2017.
