Egypt cash limit for outbound travelers unchanged, CBE says
The Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) said in a statement that the recent executive regulations to the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) law does not include any amendments to maximum foreign currency amount allowed to exit the country. Outbound travelers must declare cash of USD5,000 or more, and the cash limit remains unchanged at USD10,000. (Bloomberg, Daily News Egypt)
