Egypt army takes part in developing social housing programme, new capital city
The Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces (EAAF) is co-developing 457,000 residential units with the Housing Ministry, under the social housing programme for low-income, with units ranging between 90 sqm and 100 sqm, according to General Kamel El-Wazier, EAAF Head. This is in addition to 350 units, as part of the middle-income housing programme, at larger unit sizes. The EAAF will also develop a number of roads and bridges, as well as a number of governmental buildings, at the new capital city. (Al Borsa)
