The Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) has started to supply 90 mcf/d of natural gas to Misr Fertilisers Production Company (Mopco) and EK Holding's [EKHO.CA] Alexandria Fertilisers Company (Alexfert), after the gas supply had been cut off earlier to cater for increased demand from power plants during summer. According to the source, Helwan Fertilisers and Methanex are still conducting the annual maintenance and that 205 mcf/d is currently supplied to Abu Qir Fertilisers Company (Abuk) and Delta Company For Fertilisers.
