Education company NCLE to debut trading on 18 November
The National Company for Learning & Education (NCLE) will list its shares on Tadawul starting 18 November, with share issue price for its initial public offering (IPO) of SAR19/share. The share offering for institutional investors was 1.55x oversubscribed. The company initially allocated 13mn shares, with 90% to institutional investors and investment funds and 10% to retail investors (KSA and GCC individual investors). NCLE has 17k students with a 77% occupancy rate as of 2017.
