Dubai Properties Group has announced the launch of its 8.2 million sqft project, Serena, in Dubailand, targeting the affordable housing segment. The project will be executed over five phases, the first phase of which is scheduled be completed before the end of 2018. The project will include c100,000 sqft of retail space. (Arabian Business)
