Decent interest shown for government’s low income housing unit launch
The Ministry of Housing has announced the withdrawal of 170,000 tender documents within three days from the launch of 500,000 low income units. Window for withdrawal of tendering documents will close on 23 May. Of those 500,000 units, 100,000 units are in the finishing stage, and 400,000 will be ready for delivery within one year. Down-payments are set at EGP9,000, while the total selling price per unit is EGP154,000. (Al Borsa)
