Dar Al Arkan kicks off construction on I Love Florence Tower in Dubai
Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development (Dar Al Arkan) announced that it has started construction works on its I Love Florence Tower in Dubai. The company signed a contract with GFG Group to lay the necessary groundworks and implement digging works for the project. The 38-storey tower is composed of residential units and penthouses. On a separate note, retail properties are expected to make up over half of the estimated SAR2.6bn (USD715mn) asset base of Dar Al-Arkan Properties, which is expected to be listed on Tadawul this year, according to Ziad El Chaar, Dar Al Arkan’s CEO.
