Coprosa signs USD90mn deal at New Capital City; offer submitted by Maxim for a project at the city
Coprosa Prime, a Spain-based contractor, has signed a USD90mn agreement with the Housing Ministry to build a residential project, comprising villas, at the New Capital City project. The project involves the construction work over a land area of 24,000 sqm, as well as all associated infrastructure work. On a separate note, the New Capital City Company has received an offer from Egypt-based Maxim Investment Group to develop a 1.2mn sqm land plot. Maxim had considerably increased its investments in Egypt over the last year. (MEED)
