City Edge launches sales for new project in New Mansoura
City Edge Development (City Edge) launched sales for the first phase of its new project in New Mansoura City, with prices per sqm ranging from 15,000 to 20,000. The units include standalone villas, twin houses, and town houses, as well as apartments ranging from 90 to 351 sqm in towers of up to 40 floors. The units are fully finished, and deliveries are scheduled to begin within three years, with payment plans that span up to seven years. City Edge is a JV between the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), Housing and Development Bank (HDB) and Investment and Development Holding, with 60%, 38% and 2% stakes, respectively.
