CIB considering strategic options for CI Capital

Commercial International Bank (CIB) is reportedly considering strategic options for its investment arm CI Capital, following the failure of Beltone Financial’s acquisition deal due to regulatory constraints. These options include, amongst others, a potential IPO or the disposal of less than 50% of CI Capital’s shares to one of the major financial institutions, according to sources.
