CI Capital Holding finalises the acquisition of CIB's stake in Corplease for EGP133 million
Commercial International Bank (CIB) issued a release stating that it has finalised the disposal of its stake in Corplease to its investment banking arm CI Capital Holding for a total consideration of EGP133 million. CIB stated that the transaction has been executed in the Egyptian stock exchange. The bank previously announced the transaction on 21 May 2015, stating that it is part of the bank's strategy to gradually consolidate all of its non-banking financial services under its wholly owned investment arm, CI Capital Holding.
