Chinese contractor to build 50,000 residential units for private developer
Saudi real estate developer, Al-Amreya, has signed an agreement with Chinese contractor to build 50,000 residential units in the Kingdom. The two parties are awaiting approval of the Ministry of Housing, expected within one month, after which construction will commence.
